Each person gets their own 6 foot table, adjustable chair, Ott-light, and access to Wi-Fi. You bring your own supplies and projects to work on.
There are 2 dedicated crafting areas one for the overnight guests and one for day croppers, as well as many choices for relaxing and lounging.
All our events have access to crafting tools and supplies; Cricut expression, Cartridges, Big Shot, Embossing folders, Die-cuts, Ink pads, Stamps Sets, Punches, Ribbon, Buttons & brads, Embellishments, Stickers, Papers, and more….
Check in time is 12 noon on Thursdays and checkout is 2 PM on Sundays.

Hosted Retreat Reservations
Reservation must be secured with a nonrefundable $50.00 deposit, the deposit will be applied to the total retreat fees.
Payment Policies:
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event you are attending. All monies paid at this time will become nonrefundable. If payment is not received by the due date Tropical Craft Retreats reserves the right to resell your seat.In the rare case that you wish to pay after cut off you will need contact Tropical Craft Retreats via email: candace@tropicalcraftretreats.com.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to candace@tropicalcraftretreats.com to be considered valid.
If you do not contact us to let us know that you would like to cancel your seat, we will reserve the right to decline future bookings from you
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation, due to unforeseen issues that may arise. In such an event, you will be notified as soon as the problem is discovered, and you will receive a full credit or refund.

Waiver and Release of Liability:
In consideration of participation in the above event, I hereby agrees to waive, release and covenant not to sue Tropical Craft Retreats with Candace Romano and/or their property owners, owners, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, affiliate owner, and attorneys (collectively the “Released Parties”), of and from, any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, and liabilities of any kind and nature, whether known or unknown, which I ever had, now has or will have, arising from, on account of, growing out of, or in any way related to, the reservation, the premises, the conduct of the Released Parties, my own conduct or the conduct of person(s) attending the event, whether or not due to his/her own negligence, acts, or
omissions, or the negligence, acts or omissions of his/her child or other third parties, or the Released Parties, for any and all known and unknown personal injuries, death, disabilities, damages, or intangible damages occurring at the time hereafter. I acknowledge that it is my
intention to fully and completely waive and release the Released Parties from all such known and unknown matters and claims. I hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liability,
losses, damages, costs, expenses and reasonable attorneys’ fees, which Released Parties may incur in any way related to the my conduct, the use of the House or its facilities, or the reservation.
I declare that I have fully read and understood this final and complete Waiver and Release of Liability and have read the rules listed on the This Waiver/Release contains the entire agreement between the Guest and the Released Parties, and the terms of this Waiver/Release are contractual. This Waiver/Release may not be modified in any way._______

House Rules:
This is a non-smoking facility.
Women only, age 21 and over.
All guests will be required to complete an emergency contact/liability waiver prior to your stay.
This is due at time of final payment.
No one is allowed in the house except the immediate party that has booked the retreat and
signed contracts and liability waivers.
Maximum occupancy is eight guests, unless otherwise arranged with the owner.
Using the pool and Jacuzzi at your own risk.
The fireplace is not to be used.
Please do not flush anything down other than toilet paper. If there is clogging and we find it is
related to feminine products or anything other than toilet paper, you will be held responsible.
Tropical Craft Retreats and its owners are not responsible for accidents, lost/stolen goods or
acts of nature.
Tropical Craft Retreats and its owners reserve the right to evict anyone from the premises for
inappropriate behavior or abuse of the property. No refund will be given.
We love animals, but sorry, no pets/animals allowed.
While we don’t anticipate owner cancellations, if Tropical Craft Retreats has to cancel your
retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or be given a new
booking date (your choice).
